AEMA ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission open to all those who have the
prescribed qualification. All admissions are provisional, subject to verification
of the required documents.
The Applicants must submit following documents at the time of
admission :
1. 5 (Five) copies of recent passport size photograph.
2. Two sets of attested photocopies of HSLC admit card, all certificates and
mark sheets of educational qualification.
3. Fees should be paid in cash or demand draft (in favour of AEMA
payable at SBI, Hatigaon Branch)
4. Caste certificate (if any)
5. Students are required to
bring all the original documents with them at the
time of admission for verification.
STUDENTS ATTENDANCE / LEAVE
1. Students must attend 80% of the total classes in every semester / year.
2. Students attendance below 50% will be considered only on medical ground /
other proper ground.
3. In case of any absence, students must give application to the principal
with proper reason.
4. Students must attend all the examinations conducted by the institute.
EXAMINATION
1 The University will organize examination through study centre having two
parts:
(i) Theory
(ii) Practical
2. Medium of examination is in English.
3. If students fail in any paper he / she can appear the same in the next
examination conducted by the University.
STUDY MATERIAL
Our study centre will provide syllabus and study materials collected from the
University.
PRACTICAL
Practical classes and examinations are held at our study centre AEMA,
like M.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc (Physics), M.Sc.(Psychology), B.Lis, M.Lis etc.
Study Centre will also provide the necessary guidance for project work,
assignment etc. For that the students will have to bear / pay the necessary
expenses.
DEGREE AND DIPLOMA
The PRIST UNIVERSITY will award all degrees and diplomas.
UNIFORM
Every student must attend the classes in proper uniform.
IDENTITY CARD
* Every student must collect their identity card from the institution.
* Every student should bring the
Identity Card.
